Please submit your Expression of Interest and include the following information so our team can review your application:
- Trading Name and Menu
- Size of your van/stall and serving side
- Electricity and water requirements
- Photo of your food van or stall
- Link to social media or website
- Public Liability Insurance
- Food Licence with Local Council (If applicable)
Important:
Please do not book a site until your EOI has been accepted. Food Vendor sites are limited and are located in specific areas of the venue. Please do not book a Site in any of the Outside Areas or Pavilions. The booking link will be sent to approved vendors. Please note, if you book before you’re approved, a refund processing fee may be applied.
