• Maximum 10km/hr within showgrounds
• Vehicles can only be driven from entry gate, to booked site/s to exit gate. No driving between sites or onsite amenities
• Absolutely no vehicle movement between 6 am – 4 pm Saturday
• Entry and Exit Gates (during set up)
  Swappers Entry Gate:
  • Gate 8 (Friday 10 am – 6 pm and
    Saturday 4:30 am – 6 am),
  • Gate 2 (only Friday 6 pm – 8 pm)
  • Swappers Exit Gate: Gate 9
• Entry and Exit Gates (at completion of swap) as per Traffic Management Plan
• One Way Traffic Only. Follow onsite directional arrows for entry and Traffic Plan for Exit at the end of Swap

• No driving vehicles within pavilions during site set up/pack down
• All truck and trailer movements to have a spotter to assist vehicles to park within sites
• Children under 12 years old to remain within vehicles or site, with adult supervision at all times
• Swappers to follow directions given by Swap team members, Traffic Controllers, Security and/or Event volunteers
• Swappers who do not follow the Traffic Management Plan will be advised to leave site immediately
• No refunds or future swap site bookings will be available
